Trams are low floor vehicles allowing wheelchairs and prams easy access. Special areas within the trams are designated for wheelchairs and prams.

Most of the buses in operation (especially in the cities) are low-floor buses. Additionally the buses can be lowered sidewise at stops ("kneeling"). Some buses are equipped with folding ramps for wheelchair users. Please always use the door in the middle of the bus. Make sure that you catch the attention of the bus driver, he will pull out the ramp for you as soon as possible. If you want to leave the bus, please press the button marked with a wheelchair symbol.
